To qualify for residency at Schwenckfeld Manor, your income must not exceed the following limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development:
- $44,350 for an individual
- $50,700 for a couple
Your monthly rent will never exceed 30% of your adjusted income, which is based on the following (including, but not limited to):
- Social security/pension
- Interest on assets
- Minus qualified medical expenses
Your income will be re-evaluated annually to ensure your rent remains affordable. All utilities (except telephone and air-conditioning) are included. A refundable security deposit is due at lease signing.
