Derstine Run
Derstine Run is Advanced Living’s newest residential retirement community. This exciting new development will include 240 one-bedroom apartments in four separate buildings located in Hatfield, PA. Building 1 opened in July 2011 and is fully occupied. Construction for Derstine 2 is anticipated to begin late 2011. Applications are currently being accepted.
Derstine Run is an affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old and your present income must fall within one of the set income categories.
Derstine Run is a non-smoking community.
